Our cleaning program would normally start with an initial builders clean, and then with follow on sparkle cleans.

Our cleaning managers will work alongside Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure that all areas have been covered, ready for the all important handover.

What our builders cleaning service includes

Builders clean - domestic:

This service is suitable if you have had any type of building work or property renovations, and the property is occupied.

• Clean inside windows, and frames
• Dusting down walls
• Cleaning skirting, architraves, doors, raditators
• Clean light switches and sockets
• Clean all light fittings
• Dust all surfaces and ornaments etc
• Cleaning behind moveable furniture
• Clean all mirrors and internal glass
• Clean bathroom, including all tiles, and removing limescale
• Clean kitchen, including all tiles, appliances , cupboards fronts, surfaces
• Clean inside kitchen cupboards and hinges etc (if kitchen is new)
• Hoover all floors
• Mop floors where necessary

Builders clean - new build or renovations:

We tailor our builders cleans to meet individual clients needs, our cleaning managers will work closely with the site managers to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Example of a builders clean

All bathrooms/shower rooms/steam rooms:

• Wash down all tiles and dry
• Suction clean to remove debris/dust
• Polish up all tiles / showers / chrome to smear free finish
• Wash down and dry floor to smear free finish

Kitchen:

• Remove all dust and builders debris from internal cupboards and drawers by suction cleaning
• Remove any tape from appliances etc
• Wipe out and dry all internal cupboards and drawers, including hinges and handles
• Dust out all appliances ready for use
• Clean all switches, sockets, window sills etc
• Damp wipe all cupboards, surfaces, architraves and doors to remove dust
• Polish up kitchen up to smear free shine

All other internal rooms:

• Dust down all walls, skirting, architraves, doors, window ledges etc
• Suction clean area
• Wipe down all to remove any remaining dust
• Clean sockets, light switches and ledges
• Clean any internal glass doors to a smear free finish

Decking area and balcony:

• To be swept and jet washed

Garages:

• To be swept
• Sockets switches etc to be cleaned
• Internal side of doors to be cleaned

All floor coverings:

• To be suction cleaned
• Floors will be mopped and dried to a smear free finish
